Since early morning the police have detained people in Yerevan and other parts of Armenia following the news on the storming of the police station in Erebuni District in Yerevan. Early in the morning the chair of Democratic Homeland Party Petros Makeyan was arrested in Artik. He has been cooperating with New Armenia Front. Later several citizens were arrested in Yerevan, at Khorenatsi and Kristapor street junction, including the veteran Gagik Sarukhanyan, the reporter for Lragir.am informed. One of them might be adolescent.
